Most regenerative medicine directories list any clinic that fills out a form. Some use fake testimonials. Others mix chiropractors, IV lounges, and orthopedic specialists together with no distinction. We built RegenSelect because patients deserve better than that.
Providers are verified through automated web crawling and AI-assisted classification against a consistent set of criteria. No paid placements. No self-reported listings. Below are the four criteria every provider must meet to appear in this directory.
01
Every provider must have a live, verifiable web presence.
We confirm that each provider has an active, publicly accessible website. No placeholder pages, no broken domains, no social-media-only practices. A verifiable web presence is the baseline for any legitimate medical practice.
02
We confirm they actually offer regenerative medicine.
Each provider's website is crawled and analyzed to confirm they actively offer stem cell therapy, PRP, bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), or other regenerative biologics. Providers are not listed based on name or category alone — the service must be explicitly present on their site.
03
Joint, spine, and sports medicine — not wellness or IV therapy.
RegenSelect is specifically for orthopedic and sports medicine applications of regenerative medicine. Providers offering stem cell therapy exclusively for anti-aging, longevity, neurological conditions, or IV infusion without orthopedic specialization do not qualify. The focus must be musculoskeletal: joints, spine, tendons, ligaments, or sports injuries.
04
No closed, inactive, or unresponsive listings.
We verify that the practice is currently open and operational. Permanently closed clinics, practices with disconnected phone numbers, and providers with no recent activity are removed. The directory reflects where patients can actually go today.
The following types of providers do not qualify for the RegenSelect directory, regardless of size or marketing claims.
IV stem cell clinics without orthopedic services
Anti-aging or longevity-only practices
Wellness centers offering unproven biologics
Permanently closed or inactive practices
Providers without a verifiable website
Clinics outside the United States
A clinic that passed verification at the time of listing may not pass today. Practices close, change focus, or stop offering regenerative medicine. Provider data is re-crawled on a rolling basis and listings that no longer meet our criteria are removed.
If you encounter a listing that appears incorrect or outdated, the provider count on this directory reflects where the standard currently stands — not where we hope it will be.
